Following on from starting production I continued to focus on the unprivileged sectors of society in Nepal and recently decided to commit more resources and support to a very low-income group. To this effect we are looking at providing training and raw materials to a whole community totaling about 35 families on the outskirts of my home town of Pokhara; the catchment area of Pokhara Viewpoint Primary School. In conjunction with local benefactors we are supporting very poor primary school age children by supplying the basic training and raw materials to produce a few items that they can sell in the local market to create a small income. Hence we are able to give them access to basic education that some would otherwise be unable to afford. I would like to take this one step further in the future.
